How do I shop?
To use the Shopping Cart- just click the "Add To Cart" button next to each item you'd like to order, follow directions, and your order will be put together automatically. You can add multiple items with different colors and quantities. You can then send the order electronically over our 100% secure server, or print the order to send via fax, telephone, or regular mail.

When will I get my order?
At LostGravity.com we feel it is extremely important to offer you FAST order processing, and FAST delivery. Keep in mind orders placed by 4pm PST M-F are guaranteed to go that day! We ship Mon-Fri, and only at an additional charge are packages shipped on the weekend.
We will notify you if you via email and/or telephone if there are any delays are problems with your order.

How do I pay?
LostGravity.com and the Magic Geek accept online payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also ship with a prepaid money order sent to the LostGravity.com made payable to the Magic Geek.

Do I pay Sales Tax?
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to California ONLY, All other states pay zero sales tax.
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates; however, items paid for with Gift Certificates will be taxed if shipped to addresses in California.

How much is shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated by our shipping carrier based on shipping method, package weight, and shipping region. If you would like to estimate your shipping before checkout, please utilize our Shipping Cost Calculator. The shipping cost calculator is located on the top right of every page and it will estimate your shipping cost based on the product currently in your shopping cart.

What is our Return Policy?
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, return it to us within 30 days for a full store credit, minus shipping cost.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns.

How do I get a Coupon Code?
Coupon Codes are given out seasonally and on over stocked items. We give out coupon codes only through online advertising and email promotions. Many times we will have no current promotions. If you would like to receive occasional special promotions and coupon codes, please sign up for an account under the link 'My Account'.

Is online ordering Secure?
While some have questioned the security of information transmitted over the Internet, the truth is that our secure servers fully encrypt sensitive data for safe, trouble-free transactions. Magic Geek and JugglingStore.com utilizes all of the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect any and all information you entrust to us.

Can I leave a Gift Message?
During Checkout, simply type your message in the blank box under the Gift Message/Special Instructions section to include a personal message with your order. We'll print your message and send it with your gift order.
There is no additional charge to include a gift message. Prices will not be included on the packing slip for gift-messaged orders.
